Before you book in... we’re excited to get you moved!

Just a quick heads-up - paying your deposit locks in your date and confirms your booking. Deposits are non-refundable, and we do ask for at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel. Less than that, and the full balance will still be due (we’d rather not, but diaries and drivers get busy).

Need to reschedule? No problem - we’ll do our best to move you to the next available slot, subject to availability.
