48 Hours notice of cancellation is required for deposit return. If keys are not released by 1.30 PM on moving day, a £50 pe hour charge will be added.  So, we advise you to book before 10.30 AM if you are in a chain.

Please label and seperate any valuable or fragile items or keepsakes, and we'll be extra careful with them.
